Any complaint, expression of disinterest, or dissatisfaction in your order should be put through to FootCandy across the FootCandy Delivery Agent on spot or Customer care official contact(s) displayed on the platforms ON NO LATER THAN THE SAME EXACT DAY OF PURCHASE/ OF RECEIVING THE ORDER. We reserve the right to cancel your return(s) at any given point in time if this clause is not adhered to.
